The more detail you include in your positive affirmation the more real and the believable it is. Just like when you are setting your goals, you need to inform your Reticular Activating System (RAS), what it is you want to achieve. You need to be very specific. The more specific your affirmations, the more motivated you are and the bigger the opportunity to get everything you desire.

Hack #2 – Use Active Visualization

It isn’t enough to merely read or declare your affirmations or move quickly from one affirmationthe next one. You have to visualize youraffirmations. As you read each affirmation you must spend a few minutes imagining what it is like living and manifesting what you’re declaring. Focus on what you see, hear, smell, feel and experience, when you achieve what you say.

Hack #3 – Utilize Audio Motivation

Music can be a potent tool to use with your affirmations. When you read your affirmations, consider listening to some motivational, stirring, or upbeat music. Listening to music can help to stir up the feelings inside you. These generatedfeelings and internal vibrations will ultimately move you closer to your desires.

Take the time to overlay your affirmations over some appropriate background pictures. If you aren’t skilled in Photoshop, you can go to google and find relevant images that paint a picture of what you’re declaring. When you look at images that are congruent with your affirmations, it will generate excitement and provoke passion within you. This excitement and passion will get youvibrating in a very positive way and this vibrational energy that you generate will help you attract and create your desired outcome.

Hack #5 – Believe What You Say Have Already Been Achieved

As you declare your affirmations in the present or past tense they register as something that’s already done – This is very powerful.

For example, if you currently weigh 60kg and wish to lose 5 kg, instead of saying, “I will lose 5 kg by the end of this month,” say “This is the 30th of May and I weigh 55kg” or say “This is the 4th of Apriland on the 30th of May I weighed 55kg”. This method will help you activate the Law of Attraction. If you say “I want to lose weight,” the universe hears theses words “I want” and will leave you in a constant state of wanting.

Hack #6 – Repeat Your Affirmations Consistently

You will never achieve significant results with just one single step. The same principle also applies to your affirmations. You have to practice them every day if you want to make them really work for you. You can’t just do it once and then forget about it.
